What First Hello is
Practice with an AI dating coach: talk out loud, rehearse the moment you'd usually freeze, and get honest feedback. The coaches are AI characters, not people. First Hello is coaching and practice. It isn't therapy or medical, legal or relationship counseling, and it can't promise dates or any other result.
Who can use it
Adults 18 and over, one person per confirmed email. Please be respectful: a session can be ended, and an account closed, if it's used to harass or abuse anyone or to misuse the service.
Plans
Your first 30 minutes are free. After that:
| Coach | $19.99 a month: 10 hours a month |
| Coach Plus | $49 a month: 30 hours a month, and you're first in line |
| Unlimited | $99 a month: as much as you like, within fair use (up to 3 hours a day), at the top of the line |
| One more hour | $5, once: no subscription |
Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added where it applies.
How your time works
A plan's hours start fresh each billing month and don't roll over. Extra hours you buy don't expire. Time counts only while you're in the practice room; a session that ends because you went quiet or left doesn't count the quiet time.
Billing and cancelling
Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time with the link in your receipt email. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds, including for part of a month or for time you didn't use, except where the law where you live requires one.
Who handles the payment
Stripe sells the plans for us as the merchant of record (you'll see Stripe or Link on your receipt). Stripe takes the payment, adds any tax and answers billing questions. We never see your card number.
The practice room
The coaches run on our own computer, one person at a time, so at busy times there's a short line, and now and then the room is closed for a while. We work to keep it open, but we can't promise it's always available.
Changes
If a price changes, subscribers hear from us by email before the new price applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. Our privacy page says what we keep and why.
