What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email, whether you ticked the founding-member box, your answer to "what's hardest for you right now" if you gave one, the country your connection comes from (from our host, Cloudflare), and the campaign link you arrived from, if any. Nothing else. We don't use tracking cookies or ad pixels on this page.

What we do with it

We email you once when First Hello opens, and if you ticked the founding box, we offer you the founding price. We read the answers in total to understand what people struggle with. We never sell or share your email.

Where it's kept, and for how long

On Cloudflare, our host. We keep it until launch and the founding offer are over, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

The $10 founding deposit

Optional. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. The deposit holds the founding price for you and is fully refundable, for any reason, any time before launch: just ask. If First Hello doesn't launch, every deposit is refunded automatically.

Who it's for

Adults, 18 and over. Your coach is an AI and says so. First Hello is coaching, not therapy; if anxiety stops you from daily life, a therapist who does CBT for social anxiety is the most proven help.
